Al Mahatta Aviation museum is located in Sharjah near to the King Faisal Mosque. You can visit a museum with a lot of old aviation aircrafts and great exponents from history of the Sharjah’s airport every day (opening hours below). Museum was regular airport opened in 1932 and was very important for flights from Great Britain to India. Museum is opened since 2000.
Al Mahatta Museum is located in Al Mahatta area, opposite Al Qasimya District in Sharjah, behind The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. TAXI, Uber or car from rental are best ways for transportation to Museum. Best carriers flying to Dubai or Sharjah: Emirates, Air Arabia, Fly Dubai.
